June 10, 6:24 Am. London
Away I go, a way I shall not stay. The sleep meter is reading zero, as I have been finalizing my preparations for my 10:30 am departure this crisp sunday morn.
I finished my last final exam on Friday, writing a whole lotta historical bahooganay on world empires:
1. The Spanish metropole (ie spain) did not benefit from its overseas colonies as much as elites in the periphery (Spanish America) did
2. The United States is, and always has had, imperial tendencies.
3. The Manchu Qing dynasty adapted institutions from the previous Ming dynasty when it supported their claims to authority and legitimacy.
In more recent news, 2 hours ago (4 am) I drove with 2 of my roommates down to a synagogue to pray morning prayers with about 30 other holy Jews who routinely pray at sunrise. It twas a holy holy holy experience, and supercharged me with the will, might, and strength to manifest fantastic mental landscapes in the physical world ahead.
With intent I go, through intention I shall follow.
And now off to the a tube (subway), which will take me to another tube, which will take me to a train, that will take me to the airport, that will take me on a plane to Charlotte, where I will transfer on another plane in Vegas, transfer once more and finally arrive in Albuquerque Sunday night at 11pm.
Shalom from Britain, Moishe Mobile here I come
